Apply seller’s/buyer’s perspective in order to identify value drivers.

Tactics

Manage process in order to optimize client's position. Analyze targets/buyers. Manage client’s weaknesses.

Documentation

Produce relevant documentation such as “company profile”, Information Memorandum and Management Presentations.

Contacts with buyers & sellers

Open confidential discussions, try alternative structures – save client's position.

Structure

Find optimal structure for client (and opposite side), co-ordinate lawyers, accountants and tax experts.

Negotiation

Co-ordinate client's negotiation team, plan and manage negotiations.
