Creades (publ) is a Swedish public investment company with SEK 3 billions in assets under management and invests in small and medium-sized public and private companies.

TARGET

Inet is a leading Swedish omni-channel retailer on the Home and Personal PC hardware market, focusing on Dedicated PC users. The Company has established a highly loyal customer base and generated revenues of SEK 525 million in 2013/14, of which 55% was through its growing e-commerce channel. The offering consists of PCs, computer components and an increased amount of own-branded products.

SELLER

Inet was previously owned by its founders, who will continue as senior managers and remain substantial shareholders alongside Creades.
