Litorina, a Swedish private equity firm established in 1998, focuses on acquiring and industrially developing companies together with their management teams and its network of industrial advisors.

TARGET

Digpro, founded in 1989, provides a comprehensive software suite, specially developed for helping network owners and municipalities to improve operational efficiency. Digpro has more than 130 customers and during the last few years, the company has increased its presence outside of Sweden to countries such as Norway, Finland, Poland and Turkey. The headquarter is located in Stockholm and Digpro has approximately 100 employees.

SELLER

Digpro was sold by the company’s founders and main owners, who will remain as shareholders in Digpro.
