Monterro is a leading B2B software investor in the Nordics, with a mission to turn Nordic software companies into market leaders. With operational experience from successfully developing and running companies such as Pointsec, Episerver, and Orc Software, Monterro actively supports its portfolio companies in all aspects of growth. A substantial part of the fund’s capital, equal to 30%, is coming from the Monterro partners. Since its foundation in 2012, Monterro has completed ten investments as well as eight add-on investments.

TARGET

Nordiska Entreprenadsystem develops and delivers the product NEXT, which is a completely cloud-based project and business tool for the construction, maintenance, and contractor business industries. Integrated with financial and payroll systems, NEXT is a complete mobile business system that can be used by companies of all sizes. Many of the employees at Nordiska Entreprenadsystem have a background as project managers and consultants for the nationwide builders such as NCC, Skanska, and Peab; and have over the years accumulated over 200 years of common industry experience. The company is based in Linköping with 400 customers and almost 15,000 NEXT users in Sweden, Norway, and Germany.
