Since 1994, Accent has raised six funds with total commitments exceeding EUR 1.5bn and are currently raising its seventh fund.

TARGET

Plockmatic Group, founded 1974, is a high-end supplier of digital document finishing solutions to businesses within the print and packaging industry. With almost 50 years of experience and multiple acquisitions, the company has attracted a diversified customer base of multinational blue-chip print manufacturers, as well as national distributors and direct customers, located across the globe. Together with sales companies in the UK, the US, Italy, Norway, and a modern production facility in Latvia, the Company employs more than 300 people and generated about SEK 700m in revenue 2023.

Grimaldi Industri is a Swedish holding company owned by the Swedish entrepreneur Salvatore Grimaldi. The group is primarily recognised for its ownership of Cycleurope, a group of leading bicycles manufacturers including global brands as Bianchi, Monark and Crescent. Together, Grimaldi Industri employs about 1,200 employees and generates revenue close to SEK 4bn.
