TARGET

FSN Capital facilitates the merge of the Dutch company Fellowind, the Finnish company eCraft and the Swedish company Orango creating a leading Northern European platform for Microsoft Business Applications and Digital Workplace. The new group has 1,000 employees across four European countries and a combined turnover of EUR 125 million. The merged group builds on Fellowmind's identity and the shared vision of technology as the enabler of better human connections, and human connections at the core of a digital future.
