A new share issue providing SEK 60 million to the company and a listing of the shares on Nasdaq OMX small Cap.

COMPANY

Boule Diagnostics operates in the field of hematology which is a medical specialty focusing on studies of blood, blood diseases and other diseases which can be diagnosed via blood analysis. This type of analysis is done in human and in veterinary diagnostics and includes instruments and related consumables that are marketed in over 100 countries. The company has sales of SEK 230 million.

SHAREHOLDER

Siem, a Norwegian investment company together with the Swedish Industry Fund were majority shareholders. Remaining shareholders are management and some private investors.
