Eterna acquires ownership and invests expansion capital in small and medium sized Nordic companies. The Company was founded in 2011 and currently holds five portfolio companies.

TARGET

Bilvision provides software and services to the Swedish automotive trade, insurance companies, finance companies and others. The Company is a market leader within its segment. The systems are used primarily in customer sales- and delivery processes.

SELLER

Bilvision was sold by its founder, who reinvested alongside Eterna.
