Valedo is a mid-market Scandinavian private equity house founded in 2006. Valedo currently manages two funds with a total capital SEK 3 billion. Valedo has done 14 buyouts of which 4 have been exited.

TARGET

Cambio is a Swedish company focusing on the development of the Nordic Electronic Health Records (“EHR”) software market and is today a leading Swedish provider of healthcare and EHR systems for acute and university hospitals, primary care clinics and specialist units in Sweden, Denmark and the UK, with more than 85 000 users.

SELLER

Cambio was sold by the private equity investors Investor Growth Capital, LinkTech and founders.
