Sympa offers a complete and fully customizable SaaS platform, providing companies with a trusted Human Capital Management (“HCM”) tool for automating a wide range of HR tasks and processes. The solution generates a clear, aggregated, view of all HR data and can be further customized by offering unlimited integration opportunities. Sympa, founded in 2005, currently has more than 650 customers in over 100 countries. The company has c. 140 employees with offices located in Finland (HQ), Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands.
